Order Processing and Shipping Update  

10 June 2024: Holiday Closure in China

Please be advised that our fulfillment center in China is closed on 10 June to observe a national holiday. Orders placed on 8 – 10 June that require shipping from China will be dispatched from the warehouse starting 11 June. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 

3 June 2024: Holiday Closure in Thailand

Please be advised that our Thailand fulfillment center is closed on 3 June to observe a national holiday. Orders placed on 1 – 3 June that require shipping from Thailand will be dispatched from the warehouse starting 4 June. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.  

11 October 2023 - Shipping Disruptions in Israel

Due to ongoing developments in Israel, inbound flights may be temporarily halted and as such, we are advising customers to expect possible delays or cancellations for shipments to Israel.


Destination Countries

Our Worldwide store ships to countries outside the US, Canada, Mexico and Europe. These countries currently include Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Chile, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam. Regular Processing Time*

Most of the items from our Worldwide store ship from China. In some cases, when the products are exclusive to Thailand, we will ship from there instead. After you place your order, allow 2-3 business days for processing before it gets shipped out to the carrier. Please note that orders placed and confirmed on Fridays will be submitted for processing on the following Monday or next business day.


Maximum Weight Limit

The maximum weight limit per order is 2kg. If your order exceeds the weight limit, it will not be processed automatically and you will not be charged. To place an order that exceeds 2kg, please contact us for assistance.


Shipping Options

Two shipping options are offered - Standard and Express.

Standard shipping uses a distribution network that sometimes involves the postal service.

Express shipping is a courier service that may require a signature upon delivery. This shipping mode is not available for some countries.


Regular Shipping Times

The shipping time does not include the time it takes to process an order. As these are estimated timescales only, your order may take slightly longer to arrive due to reasons outside our control. Orders may also be shipped from our fulfillment center in Thailand and take an additional 3 - 4 working days of shipping time compared to the advised duration below.

Standard shipping

Asia Pacific: 2 - 3 weeks
Philippines: 3 - 4 weeks
Rest of the world: 3 - 4 weeks

Express shipping

New Zealand: 5 - 8 working days
Other destinations: 4 - 7 working days

We use a number of couriers for express shipping and some couriers will charge a Remote Area fee when delivering to certain postcodes. To process the additional payment, we will contact the customers only after the orders have been confirmed.

Advised time scales may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control. The ongoing impact of COVID-19 on logistics can add another 2 - 4 weeks to the ETA. If you need your products in a hurry or have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us after having a read through the information on this page.


Customs and Duties Charges

International orders MAY be subject to local charges.

Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. Because of this, VR Cover unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any additional charges. Please be aware of any additional fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order as we cannot mark your orders as a gift to bypass customs.

Express shipments are much more likely to be inspected at customs when compared to the standard shipping method. If you are looking to minimize import costs, we suggest choosing the slower standard shipping method.



Once your order has been sent, you will receive an automated email with a link to a tracking page.

If your order was dispatched from Thailand, the shipping confirmation email will contain a link to AfterShip where you can track the delivery. 

For Standard delivery, further tracking information is usually available on the website of the local postal service. For example, if orders to Australia, after the package has passed through customs, you may find more detailed updates on the Australia Post website.
