Order Processing and Shipping Update
Chinese New Year closure
30 January - 5 February 2022: Our fulfilment centre will be closed for the Chinese New Year holiday.
Orders placed by 28 January, 12 p.m (GMT+8) will be processed for shipping before the closure. All orders after that and up to 5 February will be processed from 6 February onwards on a first-in-first-out basis.
Year-end holiday season 2021: We are advising customers to shop early this holiday season to avoid shipping delays. While there is no guarantee for delivery by or on a particular day, the below guidance is recommended to receive the delivery by Christmas.

Regular Processing Time*
Our regional fulfilment team will take 2 - 3 days to process the order and have it dispatched to the carrier. Orders placed and confirmed on Fridays are submitted for processing on the following Monday or next working day.
Maximum Weight Limit
The maximum weight limit per order is 2kg. If your order exceeds the weight limit, it will not be processed automatically and you will not be charged. To place an order that exceeds 2kg, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
Two shipping options are offered - Standard and Express.
Standard shipping uses a distribution network that includes the local postal service in the destination country.
Express shipping is a courier service that may require a signature upon delivery. This shipping mode is not available for some countries.
Regular Shipping Times
The shipping time does not include the time it takes to process an order.
Asia Pacific: 2 - 3 weeks
Philippines: 3 - 4 weeks
Rest of the world: 3 - 4 weeks
New Zealand: 7 - 12 working days
Other destinations: 4 – 7 working days
We use a number of couriers for express shipping and some couriers will charge a Remote Area fee when delivering to certain postcodes. To process the additional payment, we will contact the customers only after the orders have been confirmed.Postcodes listed below will incur the extra fee:

Advised time scales may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control. The ongoing impact of COVID-19 on logistics can add another 2 - 4 weeks to the ETA. Customs and Duties Charges
International orders MAY be subject to local charges.
Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. Because of this, VR Cover unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any additional charges. Please be aware of any additional fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order as we cannot mark your orders as a gift to bypass customs.
Express shipments are much more likely to be inspected at customs when compared to the standard shipping method. If you are looking to minimize import costs, we suggest choosing the slower standard shipping method.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an automated email with a link to a tracking page.
For Standard delivery, further tracking information may be available on the website of the local postal service. For example, if ordering to Australia, after the package has passed through customs, you may find more detailed tracking updates on the Australia Post website.
