Our fulfilment centre in China will be closed for Chinese New Year from 8 February - 16 February. To help you plan ahead for your order, here are some important dates and advice:
- 1 February Place your order by 1 February. This will allow our fulfilment team ample time to process the order and have it despatched to the carrier.
- 2 February – 5 February Orders placed on 2 February to 5 February may not be fulfilled in time before the holiday.
- 17 February onwards Processing of unfulfilled orders will begin from 17 February onwards on a first-in-first-out basis. After an order is processed, it may take another 3 – 4 days to have it despatched.
Orders that are placed after 17 February will be fulfilled according to our regular guidelines. When available, the tracking will be sent through in an automated notification.

Regular Processing Time*
Our regional fulfilment team will take 3 - 4 working days to process the order and have it despatched to the carrier. Orders placed and confirmed on Fridays are submitted for processing on the following Monday or next working day.
Two shipping options are offered - Standard and Express.
Standard shipping uses a distribution network that includes the local postal service in the destination country.
Express shipping is a courier service that requires a signature upon delivery. Kindly note that Express shipping may not be available for some countries.
Regular Shipping Times*
The shipping time does not include the time it takes to process an order.
Australia: around 4 weeks
Asia**: 2 - 3 weeks
Rest of the world: 3 - 4 weeks
**Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines: 6 - 10 weeks
4 – 7 working days
We use a number of couriers for express shipping. If a delivery is through DHL Express, shipping to postcodes in this list will incur a Remote Area surcharge. If the surcharge applies, we will contact the customers after the orders have been confirmed to process the additional payment.
*Advised time scales may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control. The ongoing impact of COVID-19 on logistics can add another 2 - 4 weeks to the ETA. If you need your products in a hurry or have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us after having a read through the information on this page.
Customs and Duties Charges
International orders MAY be subject to local charges.
Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. Because of this, VR Cover unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any additional charges. Please be aware of any additional fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order as we cannot mark your orders as a gift to bypass customs.
Express shipments are much more likely to be inspected at customs when compared to the standard shipping method. If you are looking to minimize import costs, we suggest choosing the slower standard shipping method.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an automated email with a link to a tracking page.
For Standard delivery, further tracking information may be available on the website of the local postal service. For example, if ordering to Australia, after the package has passed through customs, you may find more detailed tracking updates on the Australia Post website.
